Directions
To use warm
Microwave for 45 seconds the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, try 1 minute the next time, then 1 min and 30 seconds (max heating time). Allow the wrap to cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
To use cold
Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use. This wrap is designed to be used primarily as a heating pad and excels as such. The cooling function is a limited, bonus application. Expect 5-10 min of gentle cooling per application.

I thought this wrap would be great to have around for back aches and tummy aches. But, it has also been super useful for an entirely different reason! I got this the day before school started. Now, we're in the middle of a global pandemic and everything is super weird and my 15-yo was getting ready to for his first day of high school. And he had to do it remotely. And he has Asperger's. And he has generalized anxiety. This was the perfect storm for him and he was really struggling with all his fears of starting school. We talked a long time about ways to deal with all the anxiety he was feeling and he was doing a bit better, but it was obvious he wasn't going to be able to sleep. Then, I remembered my Huggaroo back wrap! I heated it and we wrapped it around his middle. He IMMEDIATELY felt relief. The warmth, the snugness. I could see some of the anxiety drain right out of his body. He was able to fall asleep and stay asleep that night. The first day of school came and he was rested and able to cope with the day. Thank you so much! I did not anticipate this wrap to help in this way, but it's been fantastic!
I experience back pain and sore muscles from working out. I love that this wrap can be frozen and heated. Keep it in the freezer to wrap around the sore muscles when needed then after 15 minutes heat it up in the microwave and apply again! The Velcro holds the wrap in place and is easy to adjust for sizing. I have used it on my back, ankle, and knee, but it could be used for other sore muscles like the neck or shoulder. A must have!
My husband suffers from lower back pain. He has been using this back wrap while sitting at his desk and it helps tremendously. The wrap stays warm for a long time, and the large velcro keeps it snug on his back. Thank you!
I love this Huggaroo product because it feels amazing on my back or my stomach when I am having pain. The material is super stretchy and it secures nicely so you can walk around with it on.
