This has been a TOTAL saviour for my worst pain days. I have chronic migraines and nothing had been working treatment wise and still isn’t. This. This is currently kicking any medications ass. I use this probably.. 3/4 times a day (after letting it freeze again.) it’s been a total hero. I cannot recommend high enough. 💙
