Directions
To use warm
Microwave for 45 seconds the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, try 1 minute the next time, then 1 min and 30 seconds (max heating time). Allow the wrap to cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
To use cold
Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use. This wrap is designed to be used primarily as a heating pad and excels as such. The cooling function is a limited, bonus application. Expect 5-10 min of gentle cooling per application. If you are looking primarily for a cold compress, we recommend our Gel Ice Pack instead.

I get migraines on a pretty regular basis. Typically, they're also combined with a tension headache. The relief I get from this head wrap is beyond amazing! It fits really well and is super soft & comfy. I've used heating pads, rice bag pads, hot water bottles, you name it and this has far surpassed any of those other options.
