Directions
To use warm
Place on a clean, dry plate and microwave for 1 min and 30 sec the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, increase each subsequent heating time by 30 seconds (try 2:00, then 2:30, then 3:00, then 3:30, then 4:00 - max heating time). Allow the wrap to cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
To use cold
Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use. This wrap is designed to be used primarily as a heating pad and excels as such. The cooling function is a limited, bonus application. Expect 5-10 min of gentle cooling per application.

I love this weighted shoulder wrap!! I looked for awhile before choosing this one & I definitely made a good choice!!!!! It has a moist, fragrant scent that is so comforting. I fell in Sept & landed on my shoulder & this has definitely been a great comfort!!!
My son often heats up the shoulder wrap to relax. The Lavender scent calms him and helps him to center and regulate. I recommend for anyone that wants to relax or soothe muscles and especially for someone that has sensory dysregulation or anxiety! Wonderful item! I wish the scent was a little stronger, but love it anyway. I use it too relax my neck n shoulder muscles! I definitely would recommend to anyone with neck or shoulder pain.
